Welcome back! So if you've been following along you'll know that we recently launched GAME.minder 2.5. which we hope is keeping all of our GAME.minder-ers happy until our next big update. If you haven't checked it out, now is your chance to get in on the action.
In addition, the Handelabra team has been hard at work making some anticipated updates and improvements to Couplett; our picture in picture camera app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, originally released in early 2012. Utilizing both front and rear cameras, Couplett lets you snap a pic of the scene in front of you and then, with the opposing camera, snap a picture of yourself (no flipping the camera around - the action happens almost simultaneously), then composites the two images together. Select a theme frame for your Couplett and share. Great idea? We think so.
Couplett 1.3: Clean, fast and more theme-tastic!
In version 1.3, with much thought and some advice from one of Apple's design gurus, we've created a more streamlined and tailored user experience. Here is what you can expect form the new, improved Couplett:
- Themes, themes, themes… Easy to find, easy to try. The design team has included live previews of sample themes from each available pack. Now you can try before you buy and test your Couplett taking creativity.
- …and more themes There are several new theme packs to choose from including; Posters, Photography, Sci-fi and Sports Packs. To borrow a phrase, we think you're gonna love them as much as we do.
- Lightening fast - or just really really close. We've stripped things down so the camera response time is ridiculously fast. Both front and rear photos are taken almost simultaneously, giving you just enough time to frame yourself and smile.
- Compatible with iOS 6 and iPhone 5. If you were lucky enough to score an iPhone 5 pre-order (or you get a fancy new iPod touch), we've built Couplett 1.3 to take full advantage of that sweet new screen.
